The last house on a side street, the view from Allure overlooks wooded slopes and ridges to the majestic peaks of the National Park. The design offers single-level convenience with only the recreational balcony requiring a trip up stairs. On this balcony you can play pool on a full-size table or soak in a whirlpool tub for two. A half-bath is there to save you a trip downstairs. The balcony overlooks the open areas of living, dining, and kitchen. There you can watch TV or a DVD movie diverting your eyes only slightly from the glow of the wood-burning fireplace. The view to the mountains will be to your left through the window wall. Actually there’s an all-seasons view of the mountains from all areas in the house except the bathrooms.
You’ll find the full-size washer and dryer closet next to the kitchen on your way to the bedroom. The bedroom offers king-size bed, large mirrored-vanity, TV/DVD player, and sliding mirrored closet doors. Commode and tub/shower bath is adjacent. Just outside the sliding patio door you’ll find the totally private hot tub. Choose your preferred attire.
