BEST NEST is a beautiful, spacious, newly decorated and furnished, 5 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath, 4200 square foot, 3 story, all log cabin/lodge. Great for just a few couples or families (one per level) or larger groups or families, with sleeping accommodations for up to 16 people.

Visitors will be greeted by a park-like setting with Great Smoky Mountain National Park views of Mt. Leconte and Greenbirer Pinnacle. The abundant large growth trees and sounds from near-by Webb Creek, which is just a short stroll down the hill, create a secluded, peaceful feel, within a resort area.

The "BEST NEST" is located in the Cobbly Nob Resort just off of Hwy 321 (East Parkway), which runs through Downtown Gatlinburg. Downtown is an easy and less congested drive of approximately 10 miles. For a less crowded outing you may choose touring, dining, and shopping in the Arts & Crafts community, or an outing in the GSMNP via the Greenbirer entrance to the park, which is just minutes from the cabin. Other nearby attractions are Pigeon Forge (30 min), white water rafting (30 min), horseback riding (10-15 min) and the Bent Creek Golf Course, which is visible from our porch and open to the public. Other resort amenities are: 3 pools (one a short hike uphill from BEST NEST), tennis courts, and the Pine Top Lodge, a large gathering room with spectacular viiews than can be rented for private parties or receptions.

BEST NEST has a large, well equipped kitchen, dining room, 2 story den with stone fireplace, card room, library/office (Free WI-FI), 1/2 bath, and Master B/R & full bath on the main entry level. The upper level has 1 King B/R, 1 Queen B/R with queen/sleeper sofa,and a full bath with shower and 2 person spa tub. The lower level has a game room with day bed that converts to 1 king or 2 singles, laundry, full bath with shower, 1 King B/R, and 1 Bunk B/R with a double/single bunk and 1 single bed. Outdoor spaces include a covered main level porch with log furniture, and covered lower level lporch with large outdoor spa and charcoal bar-b-q pit.

Special flat weekly rate of $2550.00 (flat rate of $425 per night with the 7th night free for up to 15 people) which is required during Christmas, New years, Thanksgiving, Easter week and Mid June through Mid August.
