LANDSLIDE UPDATE: Highway 441 through the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is NOW OPEN.

From the East on I-40 - Take Exit #443, Foothills Parkway, and travel 6 miles to the junction with US 321. Turn left and follow US 321 South towards Gatlinburg, 1.5 miles. Turn right on US 321 at the Cosby Post Office. Travel 7.8 miles to Greenbrier Valley Vacations Office on the right, past the main entrance to the Village of Cobbly Nob.

From the Northeast on I-81 - At intersection with I-40, follow East towards Asheville, NC. Take Exit #440, Wilton Springs Rd., and turn right from Interstate. Take immediate right again to follow signs to US 321. At intersection with US 321, follow south towards Gatlinburg and use above directions from the end of Foothills Parkway.

From the West on I-40 - Take Exit #407 and follow towards Gatlinburg on State Route 66. Continue straight on US 441 in Sevierville. Distance from Exit #407 to Gatlinburg is about 22.5 miles. In Gatlinburg, turn left at Traffic Light #3, East Parkway & US 321 North, and follow approximately 10.5 miles to our office on the left before the Bent Creek Golf Resort..

From Chattanooga - Take Exit 81 of I-75 North and follow Highway 321 North through Maryville and Townsend and Highway 73 to Gatlinburg. Once in Gatlinburg, turn right at Traffic Light #3 to continue on Highway 321 North. Travel 12 miles to Greenbrier Valley Vacations Office which is located on the left, before the Bent Creek Golf Resort. Approximate drive time from Interstate: 80 minutes

From Virginia - From I-81 South, take I-40 East to Exit 435 (Newport) and follow Highway 321 South. Travel 8 miles past the Cosby Post Office to Greenbrier Valley Vacations Office which is located on the right, past the main entrance to Cobbly Nob Village. Approximate drive time from Interstate: 40 minutes

From Lexington - Take I-75 South to I-640 East, then I-40 to Exit 435 (Newport) and follow Highway 321 South. Travel 8 miles past the Cosby Post Office to Greenbrier Valley Vacations Office which is located on the right, past the main entrance to Cobbly Nob Village. Approximate drive time from Interstate: 40 minutes

From Asheville - Take I-40 West to Exit 443 and follow the Foothills Parkway to Highway 321 South. Travel 8 miles past the Cosby Post Office to Greenbrier Valley Vacations Office which is located on the right, past the main entrance to Cobbly Nob Village. Approximate drive time from Interstate: 40 minutes

From Atlanta - Take I-85 North to I-985 North to US 23. Take US 23 to Highway 23/441 to Highway 74/441 through Cherokee, North Carolina to Gatlinburg. Once in Gatlinburg, turn right at Traffic Light #3 to continue on Highway 321 North. Travel 10 miles to Greenbrier Valley Vacations Office which is located on the left, just before the Bent Creek Golf Resort. Approximate drive time from Interstate: 4 hours 20 minutes
