The Main Lodge-$450
The main lodge and gathering area has a commanding view of the Smokies from Mt LeConte in Gatlinburg to North Carolina!
It offers 3 levels, consisting of 5 bedrooms all with king size beds and televisions, 5.5 baths, a group gathering room with cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace.
The Main Lodge also offers a large dining room that sits 22, fully equipped kitchen, 5 separate decks, 2 Jacuzzi tubs, separate family room with fireplace,bar/kitchen area, laundry room, billiard room and library with a gas fireplace, ping pong and fooseball and 2 twin sleep sofas.
A catwalk leads to a swing in a cozy treehouse. All bedrooms have TV. There is a selection of over 100 movies, board games, puzzles and a PlayStation game. The lodge can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests.
The Cottage-$100
The charming one level of The Cottage is located between the Main Lodge and the Harvest House.
This quaint chalet has cathedral ceilings, a living area with double futon & kitchenette, full bath, large bedroom with a king size
bed and a Jacuzzi tub for 2 overlooking a fireplace.

Also included are 2 TVs, CD player, DVD and VCR. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.
Harvest House-$450
The Harvest House offers 3 levels of luxury with 3 distinct sections, the main Harvest-($250/night), the Harvest upper Apartment-($100/night) and The Harvest Lower bedroom suites-($100/night). This large chalet has 6 bedroom all with king beds, 6 baths and 2 fully-equipped kitchens.
Also included are 2 fireplaces, 2 jetted tubs, 7 separate decks, a large hot tub in the gazebo and a yard area with basketball and a corn hole game. It can accommodate up to 16 guests.
